Fifth,Submerge both the for grillz and fixing bar in hot water (~170 F)for approximately 15 seconds or until the bar becomes clear;
Last,Place the for grillz onto your teeth and adjust as necessary for the fit and look you desire.the fixing bar should take approx.20 seconds to harden.
